My Beloved Death borns as a duet after the break of the gothic rock band "Life Enigma"(2004-2005), where Elodia and Damasius play, respectively, bass guitar and voice. Along the year 2005 they create their first songs: "Body of Thorns", "The Shout in silence" and "In the shadow of my fear". These songs never managed to be published and only their relatives could listen to them. That songs had a rock gothic ambient, being Elodia behind the bass guitar and keyboards, and Damasius as singer and drummer. In 2006 Damasius and Elodia decide to change the musical composition using only keyboards as the only way to play on concert without depending on anybody but them.

On this way "The Throne of Desolation" borns, the first autoproduced demo of the band. For promoting it they play in the Avantgardia Fest 2006. Many webzines write reviews about this first work encouraging the band to leave their natal land and settle down in a place with better musical expectatives. Along the year 2007 they finish their second album "Visions of human decay" and give it promotion in a little tour of three days around the cities of Gijón, Zaragoza and Madrid. In 2008 they play on concert at Ritmo y Compás in Madrid with Diary of Dreams. They continue their concerts' activity during the year in Burgos and Valencia.

At the end of the year 2008 they present their third album "The Exile Inside", with a notable improvement of the sound and voices. In the year 2009 the band is reinvented by themself. The band'studio (Crucifixo Records) makes important changes to obtain a major sound quality on their editions. In this way they start to experiment with their sound beyond the keyboards, submerging into the software's world. Following these steps the songs "Resurrection", "Hope¿" and "(-less)" born, the first songs of a long list. Actually My Beloved Death is a band of darkwave - electronic, that still preservering the dark ambients of their beginning, they have add drums, basses and melodies more electronic including real guitars.
